Decisions that Support Your Healing Journey
Unfortunately, it can be difficult to keep a calm and relaxed mind when ingrained behavior patterns from the past are still being held in the collective mindset of your culture. Most people will say that they want to move forward towards peaceful prosperity, yet there are so few models in your media and social systems, everyone wonders, “how is that going to happen”?
It wasn’t very long ago that the U.S. was unified by the desire for change. Very quickly, many people became frustrated and disappointed. Others turned back in droves, looking for the false security that was fostered by the old ways. This conflict has long been NOURISHED by the status quo by reinforcing impatience.
As consummate consumers, America has been diligently taught by the status quo to jump from one method to another indescriminately. If results are not immediate, it’s time to drop it and go out shopping for another method. It’s easy to see this pattern in everything from health fads to politics. Unfortunately, following fast and easy fixes usually create even more of a mess.
Developing consistency and patience for the choices you make could pull you out of instability and get you back on the road to creating happiness.
Making Choices that Support Happiness
Choice # One: Be Willing to be Open to New Methods and Ways of Operating
This is the first step and an important one. What ever you are willing to NOURISH within yourself is going to determine where you are heading at this time. If you are searching for and finding new methods to develop your own good qualities and are sharing them with others, you are feeding a willingness to align with your own happiness. What you must remember about this is that it’s far better to make small steps in the right direction than it is to make dramatic, ego gratifying steps in the wrong direction.
Use this symbol for integrating positive, healthy energy to help you determine where you are in regards to WILLINGNESS.
Ask yourself these questions while looking at the symbol:
“Am I willing to try something new in order to live a happier life? If not, why not?”
“Do I still believe that fighting and struggle is the only way to create what I want?”
“If so, am I WILLING to change my mind?”

Choice #2: Have the Courage to Stick with the New Methods You Choose Long Enough To See if They Are Working for You
Results don’t happen overnight and if you are constantly changing course – going from one method to the next – you are actually hampering your own progress.
Many people think that impatience is a good way to get things accomplished and unfortunately for them, the exact opposite is true. Patience is a great virtue to NOURISH in yourself. A change of this magnitude (our Paradigm Shift) has to be taken step by step to effectively monitor how things are coming together. Courage is the motivator for the greatest changes in your history, and now is no different.
Use this symbol for COURAGE to see what kind of energy you are using to motivate you.
“Am I utilizing courage or fear when I face my daily challenges?”
“Am I being impatient?”
“Am I willing to NOURISH patience and courage?”
If you are utilizing fear and impatience, realize that you will most likely give up on the possibilities for the future and turn back to the past looking for a safe and seemingly easier way to cope. This is an illusion. You can use this affirmation to help you:
“I release my dependence on fear and recommit to following the guidance of my spirit.”
Imagine that your fear is like a heavy old piece of luggage that you are still carrying around. Let this symbol help you dissolve it. See yourself dropping it and let it dissolve into nothingness.

Choice #3: Keep Choosing the Light, Rather Than the Dark.
Real happiness is based on peace of mind and experiencing the pure joy of love and connection. If you are NOURISHING feelings of isolation or thinking only about yourself, gently redirect your attention towards people, attitudes and behaviors that support your better qualities.
How can you do that?
Healing on a DNA Level
The next few symbols are from “Divine Nature Activated” and will help us release negative conditioning and heal our DNA. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart while a vibrant and cohesive DNA strand is relaxing, healing and filling up with light.
When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe as you use each affirmation:
“I release my tendency to be impatient. I make a commitment to solutions that are in my highest good.”
“I release my tendency to attract “quick fixes” that don’t really work.
I use my energy to attract the truth about what will really help.”
“I request and receive support that will assist me in being happy.”
Finally, use this symbol to fill yourself with light. Imagine that with every breath you are filling up your body with pure, peaceful light. Doing this exercise will do more than most anything to help you get back on track. Remember, like attracts like, so if you are being the light, you will attract more of it.
“I am filled with the pure light of creation.”
“I am at peace with who I am.”
