Sacred Cow Tipping – The Power of Self-care
Countdown: Day 3 of 5 Days to Releasing Extremism and Fear
In today’s busy world, we often find ourselves vacillating between what we intuitively know is good for us and what others say we ought to be doing. We know it’s good to take care of our physical, emotional and spiritual needs, yet something keeps pulling us back into old self-destructive habits.
- Gossiping
- Complaining
- Self-pity
- Blaming others
- Feeling self-righteous.
Like a moth to the flame, we are drawn into unconsciousness and we remain stuck in heavy, unproductive situations. Unfortunately, the media and our economic system fully supports this Sacred Cow to our detriment.
“Forget about the Universal Law of Karma, which states that – What I put out will come back to me.”
This collective and societal agreement unconsciously drives us to various forms of unproductive behavior including forgetting to care about ourselves, others and the planet.
As you play today’s game, ask yourself what you would really like to get back. What is important for you to receive and are you putting that out? Ask your intuition what you can do differently to take good acre of yourself and affect the change you want.
When you heal yourself, you heal the world.
