A Mind Exercise using the Intuitive Learning Circles is like solving a puzzle where you can access answers to important questions and integrate them into your daily life. By looking at your situation from many different angles, you are invited to go deeper. Once completed, each exercise helps you calm the emotional centers of your brain and retrain yourself to think more clearly. Emotions can be felt and more easily released, which prevents stuffing, anxiety and stress.

Through these mind exercises a powerful form of self-healing occurs where you can easily slow down, communicate with your unconscious and reorganize how you’re taking care of yourself. Going through a mind exercise can make all the difference when you want to develop self confidence, focus and greater self awareness.

Many of our Mind Exercises are excellent for establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, which we believe are essential to good health and vitality.

Working with others

If you are a mental health counselor, facilitator or crisis volunteer, you can easily use the formulas with other people. The process is completely complementary with traditional health approaches and is intended to facilitate calm and greater stability within any environment. However, when you utilize a formula or mind exercise, it’s a good idea to go through it yourself first. That way, you’ll understand what the experience might be like for the other person and will better anticipate any questions they may have about the process.

Learning to self heal is an essential part of developing human potential and a mind exercise using the Intuitive Learning Circles™ is a powerful tool for self care and personal growth.

With the Intuitive Learning Circle method, you’re using the symbols as a prompt to gather unconscious information, organize awareness and illuminate solutions that come directly from your Soul. You are in charge!

The Circles can definitely help teachers or practitioners stay balanced as much as anyone. Notice your thoughts as you look at each image. You might get ideas that could be very useful to you, your organization or your clients.

Tools for self-care and personal growth

The self-care formulas gently interrupt unhealthy brain activity and then replace it with constructive thoughts and energy flow. They are simple and easy to follow by design. When going through a formula, think of it as being gently led from a dark place into the light. You can journal if you like.

The mind exercises are more like puzzles where you can access answers to important questions and integrate them into your daily life. By journaling on your “Thoughts to Come Back To” page, you are invited to go deeper. Once completed, each exercise helps you calm the emotional centers of your brain and retrain yourself to think more clearly. Emotions can be felt and more easily released, which prevents stuffing, anxiety and stress.

In both styles, a powerful form of self-healing occurs where you can easily slow down, communicate with your unconscious and reorganize how you’re taking care of yourself.

Learning to self heal is an essential part of developing human potential

With the Intuitive Learning Circle method, you’re using the symbols as a prompt to gather unconscious information, organize awareness and illuminate solutions that come directly from your Soul. You are in charge!

Now that you know how to use the Circles and what they can do for you, how can you choose the exercise or formula that’s best for you?

The first step is to take a moment and think about what’s going on for you in your life, right now. Then scroll down and gaze softly at the short sequence of Intuitive Learning Circles below. Let each circle help you access intuitive answers to the questions that go along with them.

Step One:

Take a moment to relax and take a few deep breaths. Let your shoulders drop and gently look at the circle in whatever way that appeals to you. Once you feel pretty relaxed. Ask yourself this question:

How am I feeling today?

It’s important that you take whatever answer comes to you because that answer is your Inner Guidance speaking to you.

“What am I trying to accomplish?”

You might be surprised at the answer you get. Don’t judge, just keep a mental note. Oftentimes intuitive answers don’t make sense on the surface!

“Am I heading in the direction that is genuinely helpful to me?”

If the answer you get is no, imagine that your spirit is gently turning you in the direction that would be most helpful to you.

Once you’re clear that you’re heading in the right direction, you can go on to Step Two.

Step Two:

There are a total of Nine Categories. Take a look at the red symbol below and ask your heart:
“Which category contains the best game or exercise for me to start with? Category #1.. 2.. 3.. 4.. 5.. 6.. 7.. 8 or 9?”

Remember to take the very first answer that comes to you, because that’s your intuition (Inner Wisdom) speaking. If more than one category comes up, make a mental note of the order they came to you.

Step Three:

Once you have your category number, scroll down to that icon # and read the short description. Go ahead and click on that icon. You’ll be taken to another list that will have the actual game, book or process that your intuition is guiding you to. Follow the directions to make your selection.

This is the intuitive way to decide which game is best for you right now!

It’s actually quite simple. Of course, if you want, you can always call (505) 271-4612 or email us at [email protected] if you want more advice.

Here are the Categories of Mind Exercises for you to choose from:

For best results, follow these simple steps:

This is the SOS symbol that we use in the Soul Oriented Solutions journal and PTSD Workbook. When you gaze softly at it (let your eyes relax) it can help you make choices, fine tune your intuition and listen to your gut instincts – even if you’re stressed out.

SOS - Soul Oriented Solutions

Once you’ve relaxed with it a bit, go through the list below of possible choices currently available and ask your intuition to help you select the protocol that’s best for your situation.

1. Use the SOS symbol to help you choose one of the Categories of Mind Exercises below:

#1: Family and Relationship Healing

#2: Help for Highly Sensitive People

#3: Learning Challenges and Discernment

#4: Social Activism ~ Working for Change

#5: Feng Shui ~ Healing Our Relationship with the Environment

RESOLVE

#5 Grounding in the Truth

2. Read each step and look at its accompanying Circle with a soft gaze for approximately one to two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. The Circles provide structural support for sharpening your intuition, clearing your mind and focusing the power of your intention and energy. The sequence of questions and statements, used together with the Circles create an synergistic method of self-inquiry, empowerment and personal growth.

3. Remember to breathe deeply and relax. Relaxation and oxygen are the cornerstones of every effective healing method.

4. Allow the Circles to help you access your inner guidance while you think about the questions. If you get anxious or start second guessing yourself, pause and come back to your breath. Listen to that calm, quiet answer that comes from your heart and trust it. You may be surprised by the ideas and solutions that spring up when you let yourself think outside of the box.

An important note ~

Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

5. Journal your answers to the questions in your page. Keeping a journal helps you to remember important ideas and inspirations. Plus, it motivates you by keeping track of your progress.

6. Do your best to go through the entire sequence whenever possible. Each exercise has a beginning, middle and end to help you reprogram stressful reactions into healthy responses.

7. Be sure to rest after you’re done. Take a walk or nurture yourself in some way. Appreciate what you’re doing for yourself. Every time you practice, new neural pathways are being opened and strengthened. In essence, you are re-patterning your brain and nervous system under the guidance of your Soul.

Congratulations! You are taking charge of your life!
